DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

 

The delivery and processing time will vary dependant on the level of plating services required or the item ordered. We usually aim to have the order completed and ready for shipping within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Processing may take longer during Christmas periods and other periods such as valentine’s day etc. We do our best to process the order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

RETURNS 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

The Company will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier. 

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

DEFECTIVE GOODS

The Company's liability in respect of any defective product is limited to its replacement and its cost of return. Any products purchased from us that have been personalised cannot be refunded. Any defects found will be rectified upon receipt back to us and posted back out free of charge.

 

There will be no refund or exchange for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We reserve the right to credit the Customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

 

SERVICE RETURNS

If we receive a valid warranty claim after purchasing plating services from us, we will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. will repair the relevant defect. We will pay for shipment of repaired products to the customer.
